Please note: While we ship all orders within 24 hours, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. However, in rare cases, packages may take longer than the listed time frame due to factors beyond our control. Customs inspections or local carrier delays may occasionally slow down delivery.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. We only cover shipping costs if the item arrives damaged and needs to be replaced.

Please be aware that many of our products are sourced from overseas, which may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect addresses. However, we can assist with damaged items or packages lost in transit, provided that valid proof is submitted.
